This is a more advanced series of weightlifting where you’ll determine your weight class and learn “snatch” and  “clean and jerk” lifts.

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9am – 10am
  • Minimum of five prior Weight Training sessions and recommendation required
  • Proper weightlifting shoes required
  • Intensity Level: High
